I’m a Melbourne based hairstylist hailing from the home of maple syrup, poutine and Shania Twain - Toronto, Canada.
I vividly remember the first time I got foils in my hair. I was in high school and I was completely mesmerised. From that moment I knew I had to be a hairdresser!
I have 15 years of international experience in the industry.
I specialise in free hand painting and low maintenance colour.
In 2017 I took what I thought was going to be 1 year away from the salon. I hopped on a plane with a one-way ticket to Australia… well that was over 8 crazy years ago!
I’ve worked at some of the most reputable and awarded salons in Canada and Melbourne and in 2021 I took a giant leap - I’m now my own boss and living my best life as a freelance colourist! I love the freedom and flexibility to choose a schedule that works best for me – and my clients.
What sets me apart is my passion and love for this industry. I’m constantly developing my skills and pushing myself to advance in my career. I pride myself on my thorough hair consultation and ability to deliver realistic expectations with each salon visit.

In 2016, I was chosen to attend the Sunlights Balayage ‘Train the Trainer’ event in Atlanta, which was a huge deal for me. I was educated, mentored, and inspired by Sunlights founder Candy Shaw – this experience changed everything I do behind the chair.
I joined the Sunlights team and I’ve been a balayage educator ever since. I offer bespoke education and in salon shadow day opportunities.

On UN-FOILED I sit down with hair and beauty industry pros who have taken their careers to the next level.
I chat to the trail blazers who have gone from working behind the chair to being platform artists, educators, business owners, TV and celebrity stylists, published artists, brand ambassadors, and so much more. I ask them all the cheeky questions you’ve always wanted to know, how they’ve done it and aim to share that here’s so much more to being ‘just a hairdresser’.
