Terms of service
All clients accept these terms of service when requesting any bookings and services.
All bookings require a credit card on file to confirm an appointment.
I guarantee all of my work and if you’re not happy with your hair, I have a 2 week adjustment policy. Get in touch within 2 weeks of your appointment and I can adjust your service.
Cancellation policy
Any changes to a booking, including cancellations and rescheduling, must be made no later than 48 hours before your appointment.
Failure to provide 48 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee. The fee will be 50% of your total appointment.
All no show appointments will be charged the full value of the missed appointment.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, you will be able to book from the next available appointment.
Late policy
Clients who arrive 15 minutes late or more to their appointment will be charged a late service fee starting at $25.
Life get’s busy and things pop up out of our control. However, please understand in a hair salon our entire day is dependent on appointments running on time. Late starts push out appointment times and affect following clients.
Returns policy
No change of mind refunds, returns or exchanges will be accepted on hair accessories.
Faulty items are eligible for a replacement or refund if returned within 2 months. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
