Appointment times vary depending on the service you’re receiving. Please allow 3-5 hours for most appointments and let me know in advance if you’re in a time crunch!

All new clients will be time quoted before booking, as first time appointments tend to take a little longer.

Appointment availability can vary depending on the time of year. I recommend you rebook with every appointment to avoid missing out on your preferred day and time.

When pre-booking isn’t an option please allow 3+ weeks for an appointment.

Please note evening appointments book out much further in advance!

I kindly ask that you provide no less than 48 hours notice to cancel or move your appointment.

Failure to provide 48 hours notice will incur a late cancellation fee, equal to 50% of the booking value.

All no show appointments will be charged for the full missed appointment value.

If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your colour, please contact me within 2 weeks of your service for an adjustment.

Every Colour by Crys appointment is tailored specifically to your hair goals, which is why services are charged hourly rather than from a traditional menu.

Creative colour services, including foils, balayage and major colour transformations, are charged at $155 per hour.

Single-process colours (tints and toners), haircuts and blow waves are charged at $140 per hour.

Following a thorough consultation, I will recommend the time required to achieve your desired result and provide an estimated investment before we begin.

Of course! We have free wifi and a colour table to make working from the salon comfortable for you.

Yes! And proud of it! Sustainable Salons is a salon specific recycling service that diverts 95% of material into reuse, recycle and repurposing solutions.

Even your hair is collected from the salon floor and upcycled into Hair Booms which soak up oil spills on land and at sea.
